User understands that LARSON TRADE is neither a licensed bank, nor does it offer securities.
User understands and agrees that all information he/she receives from LARSON TRADE is unsolicited, private communication of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information intended for User only. User agrees to keep it private and not to disclose it to any third party unless this information is obviously of a public nature. User agrees not to post any part of this web site in a public forum or to forward it via e-mail.
User agrees that he/she is entitled to open only one account. LARSON TRADE reserves the right to close the account of any User who has opened multiple accounts in his/her name.
User agrees to supply LARSON TRADE only with valid identifying and contact information. User is responsible to keep the registration details (address, email etc.) up-to-date. LARSON TRADE reserves the right to request further information about User's account at any time.
User agrees that LARSON TRADE reserves the right to close any User's account at any time for the violation of any of the rules mentioned in this agreement.
Under no circumstances should anything found here on this site be posted in a public forum or forwarded by email.
User bears all the responsibility for choosing and appropriate protection of password. Be informed that in case you lose or misuse your password, LARSON TRADE disclaims any liability for such a loss or misuse.
User agrees not to hold LARSON TRADE accountable for any transaction authorized using User's password unless User has in advance notified LARSON TRADE about loss, theft or any other form of misuse of the password.
User agrees not to disclose the password to any third party.
