1.1. The two participants in each transaction are the user (the "Investor") and E-PIPS Investment. (the "Company" or "E-PIPS Investment").
1.2. It is a condition of membership that Investors agree to accept these terms of use. These rules and regulations are acknowledged as legal and binding by the Investor, once he/she becomes a member.
1.3. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
1.4. All rules and regulations are subject to change and revision by E-PIPS Investment without prior written notice. The Company reserves the right to add, delete, or modify these rules. In cases that are not and cannot be foreseen, the company reserves the right to establish the decision to be taken, from time to time, making this public by means of its own communication media.
1.5. All amounts stated hereunder are in USD.
2. Privacy Policy

2.1. Any personal information an Investor supplies to E-PIPS Investment whether via this web site or via any other means will be used by the Company only for the purposes of determining the client's suitability as an investment member, processing investments and maintaining the clients account.
2.2. All account information held by the Company is securely warehoused and remains confidential.
2.3. The company reserves the right to use Investor's e-mail address to send him/her important information and service updates relating to his/her account.

3.1. Investor opens an account by completing E-PIPS Investment online membership application form, which is an integral part of this web site.
3.2. Investors are asked to ensure that the details provided at registration (legal name, e-currency account number, email etc.) are kept up to date. E-PIPS Investment reserves the right to request further information pertaining to client account at any time. Failure to supply such information may result in limitation on future deposit or suspension of account.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to close an investor's account at any time and refund the balance of his/her account without further explanation.
4. Login

4.1. The username and password should not be disclosed to any third party. Investor is solely responsible for the security of his/her user name and password.
4.2. Every person who identifies him/herself by entering the correct username and password is assumed by E-PIPS Investment to be the rightful account holder/Investor and all transactions where the username and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid.
5. Payment and Accounting

5.1. Daily interest will be credited to Investor accounts automatically every 24 hours as they have started the countdowns.
5.2. Investor can request withdrawals from their account at any time providing all payments made by the Investor have been received by the Company.
5.3. The deposits and withdrawals will be processed automatically by our system. The Investor should receive his/her money in 24 hours to their e-currency account upon withdrawal request.
5.4 You cannot request to withdraw your original deposit amount. However you will receive your original deposit back by earning daily interest on your investments.

6.1. Investor will receive 2.6%1.Program 3.6% 2.program daily interest of the original deposit amount for 200 days straight.
7. Minimum/Maximum Limit on Investments

7.1. The minimum investment allowed is one (5.00) currency unit in USD (i.e. 5.00 USD.)
7.2. E-PIPS Investment reserves the right to limit the maximum amount invested for each deposit, but currently it is twenty five thousand (25,000.00) currency unit in USD (i.e. 25,000.00 USD.)
8. Acceptance and validation of investments

8.1. Investments must be made online at the website. No postal, fax, email, telephone or telex investments are accepted.
8.2. The Company reserves the right to void any or all investments made by any group of people acting in liaison in an attempt to defraud the Company. This can include persons, relatives, organizations and their employees. Should this occur, the Company shall reserve the right to close the respective accounts and also to retain any account balance therein.
9. Discrepancy, Claims and Disputes

9.1. For all investments, the records of the Company concerning the details of the investments are decisive. An adjustment of the statement of account is only allowable in those cases in which there has been an obvious mistake or clerical error.
9.2. If any sum is erroneously credited to Investor's account, it shall be up to Investor to point out this error to the company.
9.3. For disputes, claims or to report account discrepancies, Investor shall contact E-PIPS Investment Customer Service (info@e-pips.com).
9.4. A difference of opinion regarding any investment, or the terms on which an investment should be settled, shall not be the subject of litigation or court action. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement, in the event of any dispute regarding interest, the decision of E-PIPS Investment will be final and binding in all matters.
10. Liability and Legal Issues Back to top
10.1. E-PIPS Investment offers its service over the Internet which reaches virtually every country in the world. Laws regarding investing vary throughout the world, some jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of Internet investing, while some have specifically made Internet investing illegal. Investor acknowledges that it is practically impossible for E-PIPS Investment to determine the state of the law in every country, state, and province around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the Investor to ensure that he/she understands and complies fully with any laws or regulations relevant to himself/herself in his/her own country. Investor acknowledges that it is legal for him/her to place an investment via the Internet, and for E-PIPS Investment to receive his/her investment via the Internet.
10.2. E-PIPS Investment will not disclose details of individual's net interest. This is the responsibility of the Investor, and if he/she resides in a jurisdiction where his/her interest are taxable he/she must keep track of those interests and report them to the proper authorities.
10.3. The Company shall in no way, and under no circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses, including without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by the following scenarios:
any errors or omissions in the web site content;
the misuse of the web site content or the inability of any person to use the site;
delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system and the failure of the central computer system or any part thereof;
any results of any acts of Government or authority, any act of God or force majeure.
10.4. E-PIPS Investment cannot be held responsible for any typing or human error in respect of the interest rate other than those intended. E-PIPS Investment reserves the right to correct obvious errors and void any affected investments.
10.5. Investor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold the Company harmless against any claim brought against the Company by a third party resulting from Investor's use of E-PIPS Investment services in respect of all losses, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by E-PIPS Investment in consequence of Investors non observance or breach of these Terms of Use of Membership.
10.6. All web site designs, text and graphics, and their layout and arrangement and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of E-PIPS Investment. Any use of web site materials, their reproduction, modification, distribution or republication without express prior written consent is strictly prohibited. |
