| Terms and conditions | Definition of terms
“User”, “Account holder”, “Investor”, “you”, “client” means a person who is using Hanlam services.
“Verified user” means a person who has verified his identity to Hanlam .
“Balance” is used to describe total amount of money someone has invested in Hanlam .
“Deposit” is a private transaction between Hanlam and investor.
“Withdrawal” is a private transaction between Hanlam and investor.
“Password” is a sequence of numbers, letters or symbols. Only the true owner knows personal password. It cannot be restored as it is encoded during the registration ( md5 ). If you will forget your password, you can recover it via e-mail or security questions option. Password also refers to other authentication mechanisms to which User and Issuer mutually agree. Be sure to read more about your account security in the “Security'” section of Terms of Service.
“TOS”, “Terms of Service” is a combination of rules that user must agree before registering.
“E-Bank”, “Payment processor” is a similar system to offline bank, only is operated online.
“Security questions”, “Security answers” are used to identify the true owner of the account and maximize security level.
“Spend” is an operation when user invests his deposited into one or more investment option, offer by Hanlam.
“E-currency” is a currency that is circulating online, backed my offline materials.
Conditions of Use
Hanlam maintains this Site to provide you with information about Hanlam products and services and to facilitate communication with Hanlam and its related companies. From time to time we may revise these terms and conditions, without further notice.
According to the Law on investment activity, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof.
All deposits into Hanlam should be regarded as private transactions.
Hanlam grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited personal license to access and use the Web site. You will not upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs which might interrupt, limit or interfere with the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Non-Disclosure agreement
Unless otherwise approved by User or ordered by a court or arbitration body of acceptable jurisdiction, as determined by Issuer, Issuer shall not reveal User ' s contact or identifying information or transaction histo ry to any third party.
Users must not disclose any information coming from Hanlam .
Security
Hanlam uses 128-bit encryption technology (issued by VeriSign, Inc.) to satisfy the need for confidentiality, integrity, authentication.
Issuer will not store Password in plaintext. No employee of Issuer will ever ask for User ' s Password.
Security questions and answers
Hanlam stores information offline, limiting the risk of being stolen.
Your responsibility
You agree that all information, communications, materials received from Hanlam are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction, which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, or to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.
You agree to all the rules mentioned in this documentation.
