T-Investment will provide our service to you in complete accordance to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use can be modified by T-Investment from time to time without prior notice. You are obliged to read our Terms of Use from time to time. Please familiarize yourself with our Terms of Use prior to registration. Your opening of an account with T-Investment will automatically be qualified as acceptance of our Terms of Use.
The Terms of Use are divided into 4 sections:

General Terms
1.1 Deposits can be made via e-gold or e-bullion or from Available Balance within your account.
1.2 Additional deposits can be made as often as you like.
1.3 Administrative fee on deposit via e-gold or e-bullion is 10%, from your Available Balance - 0%.
1.4 Minimum deposit requirement via e-gold or e-bullion is $20.00, from Available Balance - $1.00.
1.5 There is no maximum deposit restriction.
1.6 Plan A. Principal amounts from $20 to $99,999.00. Variable daily interest rates from 1% to 3% are offered under plan A.
1.7 Plan B. Principal amounts from $100,000.00 or more. Variable daily interest rates from 2% to 4% are offered under plan B.
1.8 Interest payments are made only on business days, from Monday through Friday.
1.9 Interest payments are made every business days between 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. GMT
1.10 Interest is paid into Available Balance in your T-Investment account.
1.11 You can request a withdrawal of funds from your Available Balance into your e-gold or e-bullion account at any time. No administrative fees apply on withdrawals from Available Balance.
1.12 Withdrawal requests will be processed manually within 12-24 hours from the moment we have received your deposit.
1.13 Account Principal (All your deposits + all compounded interest) can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal from principal fee is 40% of the requested amount.
1.14 We pay referral commission of 6% on every deposit via e-gold or e-bullion made by the member you have referred to us.
1.15 Referral commissions are credited to your Available Balance and can be withdrawn into your e-gold or e-bullion at any time without any administrative fees.
1.16 Compounding option is available. Compounding rates vary from 0% to 100% (in the increments of 10%).
1.17 Compounding rate can be modified at any time and as often as you like. The compounding rate change is effective immediately after the change.

1.1 T-Investment will deliver its services only to those clients who are of legal age in particular jurisdictions they are citizens of or reside in.
1.2 Legal age may vary between 18 and 21. By singing up with us you state under the penalty of perjury that you are at least 18 or older depending on the legal age in your jurisdiction.

1.1 Our Privacy policy is very simple. We respect your privacy. T-Investment will use the information you provide only to verify your identity, and may later on use the information you submit to notify you about T-Investment products and services that you may find useful.
1.2 We will never, under any circumstances, sell or lease your personal information to anyone.
Anti-Spam Policy
1.1 We at T-Investment observe zero-tolerance policy towards unsolicited commercial emails in any of its forms.
1.2 Any member of T-Investment caught spamming will permanently lose his/her membership.
1.3 All instances of spam will be reported to anti-spam boards and committees.
1.4 Members of T-Investment are allowed to post messages advertising us only on special boards and chatrooms where such posting is allowed.
1.5 All members of T-Investment are obliged to stick to our strict anti-spam policy. |
