Passwords
The User agrees not to divulge the password or transaction oce for any Account to any 3rd party. The password and transaction code is the key to accessing viewing of a particular Account and the User must inform the Company as soon as any password or transaction code is compromised as the Company will not be responsible for any losses or breach in confidentiality incurred by the abuse or loss of any password or transaction code. In the event of the loss of a user's password or transaction code the user agrees that InterFCG LTD is not responsible or liable for any losses from the account due to misuse of the lost password or transaction code.
Payment or Withdrawal Limits
Any User will be confined to transferring only that amount that are accumulated on the User's account balance. If the amount to be transferred is greater than that allowed, the transaction will be disallowed.
Privacy Policy
The Company agrees that all records are confidential.
Registration of information
The User must complete the "Client Information Form" and provide true, accurate and complete registration information (and inform the Company of any change in personal or trading circumstances). The email address MUST be a valid email and only be used by the account holder. The User cannot represent another person or trading entity unless specifically authorized so to do. If circumstances are brought to the attention of the Company that the User is no longer eligible, the Company, without prejudice to other remedies, will have the authority to suspend and terminate the User's Reserve. Any costs arising from such inappropriate actions, will be deducted at source.
Third Party Performance
The User will ensure the correct identity of the account to which funds are to be forwarded as the Company will not be held responsible for the transfer and possible subsequent loss, in part or total, of the User's funds. Likewise, the User indemnifies the Company from the non-performance of any third party employed or appointed by the User or with whom any transaction is executed. Any defect in goods, services, etc. will be remedied by the User in litigation against that third party. Likewise, the User is responsible for supplying correct and current e-mail addresses and the Company will not be held responsible for undelivered e-mail communications and any costs resulting there from. The company reserves the right to take the site for maintenance and upgrades etc. and will not be held responsible for loss of business during the maintenance period. If you are logged on to your account within at least 3 minutes of a shutdown then you will be advised. |
