| Terms and conditions | The Internet investment fund, FUND, - the project of Investment group of LLC "Aldan Gold Ltd" carries out reception of means of investors and their use in investment programs.
The investor - any person accepting given rules and the offers of FUND, reached majority according to laws of the country of jurisdiction, but not less than 18.
The FUND is not bank, or other legally registered financial organization and has no binding to territories of the countries.
Calculations in the investment project are carried out through E-Gold. Personal accounts of investors in the project are conducted in the units of account established in E-Gold.
The administration does not bear the responsibility for actions of electronic payment system E-Gold, owing to infringement of its working capacity.
The administration independently makes of the decision concerning distribution of the profit received as a result of activity of FUND.
The administration does not check competency and legality of possession of the investor the means enclosed in FUND.
The investor accepts, that any information received by it from FUND is private and not a subject disclosure.
The investor completely bears the responsibility for safety of a login, the password and other data received by it during registration.
All actions accomplished with using of registration data of the investor are considered accomplished as the investor.
The administration guarantees, that the information specified by the investor at registration, is confidential and cannot be given to anybody except for as in the cases stipulated by the law.
The investor accepts, that the administration places the invested means in investment projects under own discretion.
The investor accepts, that any previous results cannot serve as a guarantee of reception of these results in the future, all the operations which are carried out , are carried out on its own risk.
The investor accepts, that any information placed on the given site has consulting character, and is not compulsion to an investment of means.
The administration accepts, that its actions on accommodation of the invested means are directed to increase of profit.
The administration reserves the right to itself changes of the given rules at any moment with the obligatory notice of investors about changes. |
