PARTIES
Section1
The first party is Private-Income.Com hereinafter will be stated as the Investment Manager. In this business scheme, the Investment Manager have full control on new investment program creation, make new changes if necessary, etc.
Section2
The second party is individual of those who are interested and have the same vision and afterwards register themselves and join to become registered member of Private-Income.com, hereinafter will be stated as investor or member.

Article 2
OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Section1
The investment manager oblige to be responsible to fulfill all promises in this agreement based on harvested profit from running this business.
Section2
The investor shall be responsible and oblige to uphold the name of Private-Income.Com and any related elements.
Section3
The investor oblige and is responsible for the protection of the investor’s respective account i.e. password and any other personal data on Private-Income.Com. The Investment Manager will never send any e-mail to retrieve personal data, password of the investor’s account unless the investor requires certain support from The Investment Manager for the purpose of verification and confirmation only.

Article 3
ABOUT GRANTING THE REWARDS
The Investment manager will grant rewards to the investor for entrusting their capital on Private-Income.com by giving fix interest rate 0.5% per day (3.5% per week) for as long as 400 days.

Article 4
BONUSES
Section1
The Investment Manager will give bonus from referral earning up to 5 level deep. This bonus is called as Referral Bonus. The Referral Bonus will be paid every week as much as 0.5% from the total deposit of investor’s 5 level deep referrals (0.075% daily).
Section2
The Investment Manager will give direct bonus to the investor that is 5% form any deposit made by the investor’s direct referrals. This bonus is called Reward Bonus and automatically will be given as many as the referrals made their new deposit. The said deposit that is referred to is the deposit made from e-gold account, not from available balance that is credited to the investor’s principal on Private-Income.Com
Section3
The Investment Manager will give another bonus if the profit earned exceeds the set target. This bonus is called “Surprising Bonus”. In it’s nature It is variable, and could not be firmly fixed depending on the level of profit that is earned.

Article 5
PROFIT WITHDRAWAL
Section1
The investor can make withdrawal of their credit on private-income.com. The said credit refers to the credit available from daily profit of the principal deposit, Reward Bonus, Referral Bonus, and Surprising Bonus (if any).
Section2
The investor will only be able to make withdrawal according to what is stated in section1 of this article every Saturday in the running term period of the deposit. Withdrawal will only be made on private-income.com website.
Section3
The Investment Manager realize that not all of the investor has spare time to make withdrawal on scheduled withdrawal time. Therefore the Investment Manager provide automatic withdrawal service every week by prevailing 10% administration fee.
Section4
Any withdrawal will be made in electronic currency that is E-Gold. Should there be any change with e-gold, it will be made in other alternative way.

ARTICLE 6
About The Deposit
Section1
The deposit is considered legal and will be guaranteed if the deposit is made by using the Deposit Form. The Investment Manager will not give any guarantee and not be responsible for any consequences arise caused by misconduct of this procedure or because the investor made their deposit, not by using the deposit form that is available on Private-Income.Com
Section2
As the evidence that the investor has made their deposit in the right manner, the investor will receive a confirmation email from private-income.com system, stating that the investor’s deposit has been recorded in the system.
Section3
Should there any system error occur during making the deposit, and the investor is confident that he or she has made the deposit through the correct procedure by using the deposit form on private-income.com, then any correction will be based on the transaction history that is recorded by e-gold server. If it is proved that the investor’s deposit is recorded in the transaction history provided by e-gold server, then private-income.com will acknowledge the deposit and vice versa.
Section4
The minimum acceptable deposit is or more than US$50. Any deposit less than US$50 will be treated as donation and it is not refundable.
Section5
The Investor can re-spend or make additional deposit to the principal at any time, and any additional deposit will be added to the previous principal deposit. Should the investor make re-spend or additional deposit to their respective principal, the expiry date will be adjusted and be counted from the date the investor make the deposit. Re-spend or additional deposit that adjust the status of the expiry date is only the deposit that is made from the investor’s e-gold account, not from the investor’s private income.com account or crediting the available credit to the principal.
Section6
The deposit that remains in the principal could not be withdrawn for any reason.
Section7
The active period of the deposit (the expiry date) normally will be counted based on the last date when the investor spend or re-spend from their e-gold account plus 400 days.

Article 7
UNDERSTANDING AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Section1
The investor fully understand that the investment has certain degree of risk or realize that there is a possibility of failure in business. Therefore the investor realize that the deposit made by the investor is acknowledged as the degree of risk and become the investor’s personal responsibility should there be any failure of the business or the system.
Section2
The investor agree to waive the Investment Manager from any claim and will not prosecute in any kind or any method, should private-income.com have to be closed.
Section3
The Investment Manager has right to prosecute back against the investor who violate what has been stated in section2 of Article7 based on this agreement.

Article 8
DISMISSAL
Section1
Should there be any changes in the situation of business environment, public policy, world economic situation, recession or any other condition that make private-income.com is not feasible to be continued, then the investment manager has right to make liquidation.
Section2
If Private-Income.Com should be closed, the investment manager will refund the investment based on remaining fund available (excluding personal Investment Manager’s Inventory)
Section3
Refund will be based on the priority and prioritize the investor:
- Who have never gained any profit/return/credit
- Who haven’t gained Return on Investment
After all investors who suite with the criterions above will have their fund refunded, and if there is still some fund left, then the remaining fund will be distributed to all investor who have gained Return on Investment and enjoy the profit based on the percentage and prioritize the investor that has only received few profit.

Article 9
ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION
The Investment Manager has the right to freeze or deactivate an investor’s account without any prior notice or any agreement if the investor violate the rules below:
Section1
Any act either in the form of written expression in any mass media, forum, newsgroups, mailing list, BBS, chatting, ICQ, Messenger, Telnet, or any other kind of media which harms privateincome.com and its inherent part and makes privateinestement.com inflicts financial loss and suffer bad corporate image will make one’s respective account be deactivated.

Being proved attempting to cheat, crack , or hack privateinvestment.com
Section3
Violating Anti Spam Policy

Article 10
ANTI SPAM POLICY
Section1
It has become The Investment Manager’s concern to appreciate every investor’s involvement in publicizing PrivateIncome.Com. Nevertheless, The Investment Manager also uphold the Anti Spam Policy. Therefore it is imperative to understand that the investor must be wise, smart, and thorough to not violate Anti Spam Policy, should the investor would like to publicize PrivateInvestment.Com in order to get the referral bonus.

Article 11
GUARANTEE
Section1
The Investment Manager will only give the 100% principal refund guarantee on sealed-legal contractual document based on the legal prevailing law for any investor who has principal deposit more than US$5000. The said amount of US$5000 is taken into account from one time deposit spent to the principal only, and not from the installment of crediting profit to the principal.
Section2
Any expenses that is required from the guarantee, stated on Article 11, section 1 of this agreement, will be carried by both the Investment Manager and The Investor with percentage ratio of 50:50. |
