Prime-Fund.com is an investment project of private nature and is not available to general public. Your participation in this project is treated as a private business transaction between you and Prime-Fund.com and, therefore, is exempt from the U.S. Securities Act, and all similar acts of other jurisdictions.
The Prime-Fund.com is NOT a licensed bank or security. Prime-Fund.com is not registered with any regulatory bodies, such as SEC, NASD or other similar organisations from other jurisdictions.
All the information you receive from us is unsolicited, private communication of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information intended for you only. You agree to keep it private and not to disclose to any third party unless this information is obviously of a public nature.
Deposits
Deposits are accepted via e-gold. We may add other payment methods at any time at our sole discretion.
Minimum deposit requirement is $10.00, there is no limit as per the maximum deposit.
All deposits made acquire active status by 9 a.m. GMT on the following day, even though they are instantly reflected in your account balance.
Interest Payments
Interest payments are made on a daily basis.
Daily Interest Rate is variable and subject to fluctuations. The daily interest rate fluctuation range is from 1% to 3.5% with the increment of 0.1%. The interest rate for week-end days and official hodidays is fixed at 1% level.
You can also compound your interest payments, partially or wholly. You can choose the desired compounding rate directly from the account area. Compounding can be activated and cancelled at any time.
Interest payments are made directly into your e-gold account every day at 9 a.m. GMT
An interest payment notification will be sent to your email address on a daily basis.
You can track your interest payment history from the account area.
Withdrawal of Principal
Prime-Fund.com is aimed at long-term growth, therefore, we charge penalty for an early withdrawal of principal. If you withdraw principal earlier than 6 months since the date of initial deposit, we charge a 50% withdrawal fee, 6 to 12 months – 25% withdrawal fee, 1-3 years – 10% withdrawal fee and over 3 years – 5% withdrawal fee.
Administrative Fees
Presently we charge a 6.5% administrative fee on all deposits made and a variable fee on withdrawals. We do not charge any fees on other transactions and operations, such as interest payments and compounding of interest payments. We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time at our sole discretion.
Account Opening and Maintenance Fees
Currently we do not charge any fees for opening and maintenance of your account. We may change this condition at any time at our sole discretion.
Referral Commissions
We pay a one-time 5% referral commission for EVERY deposit made by the members who have joined us through your referral link. Referral commission is paid directly into your e-gold account. To obtain more info on how and when referral commissions are paid, please check our FAQ page.
Legal Age and Anti-Spam Policy
All members must be at least 18 years old or of any other legal age in other jurisdictions.
All members must abide by our strict anti-spam rules that prohibit spamming in any of its forms. It is also stipulated that members can only make posts about Prime-Fund.com on the websites where such posting is allowed.
Disclaimer
The nature of such investments implies a greater-than-average degree of business risk. Therefore, all prior performance of Prime-Fund.com is no guarantee of its future performance. Invest only the funds you can afford to lose.
Term of Agreement
This agreement is effective immediately after you have opened an account with us and will be valid till your account is closed.
Agreement Modifications
Prime-Fund.com reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, by posting a new agreement on Prime-Fund.com Website.
Entire Agreement
The terms and conditions contained herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Prime-Fund.com. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid under applicable law or regulation, such provision shall be deemed omitted to the extent so contrary, prohibited or invalid, but the remainder of the agreement shall not be invalidated. |
