Whereas investor to be considered a candidate for services sold and traded on The Website agrees that they meet or exceed the following terms of service:
Whereas Investor has reached the age of twenty one, and
Whereas Investor does not suffer from any physical or mental conditioning which impedes rational thought and/or decision making, and
Whereas Investor is not known to be a public charge or recipient of public assistance in the state of New York, and
Whereas Investor’s potential investment capitol is not based upon or derived from dividend seeded from capitol obtained through municipal or federal public assistance programs, and
Whereas Investor is not in bankruptcy or in contemplation of bankruptcy and
Whereas Investor’s potential investment capitol is not based upon or derived from factored or advanced payment from a structured settlement and
Whereas Investor’s potential investment capitol is not based upon dividend or payments from a structured settlement established specifically for any type of medical care, and
Whereas investor is not a fugitive from justice or in conspiracy with a fugitive from justice, and
Whereas Investor resides in a state whose municipal laws do not contradict nullify or otherwise void this terms of service agreement, and has obtained legal counsel for research if unsure of local laws, and
Whereas Investor enters into this terms of service agreement with HYIP Pro on their own accord and free will, and
Whereas Investor is not an agent of a competing investment company accessing this website with intentions of copying or “cloning” HYIP Pro's proprietary business system.
Whereas Investor acknowledges HYIP Pro operates this Website for the sole purpose of advertising investment opportunities that are known to be of a high-risk nature.l comply with these terms of service. I also understand that The Website reserves the right to refuse service to any investor at any time, for any reason.
Acknowledging these terms of service will enact a legally binding agreement between The Website and The Investor. Failure to abide by this agreement or entering into this agreement while knowingly giving false statements shall constitute an immediate termination of this agreement and service. |

| herbie : tu as dû faire ton ROI aujourdh'ui. Je pense que le mieux est de ne plus réinvestir et de prendre maintenant tout ce qui arrive. Si il tient encore un bout de temps, ca pourrait être très rentable cette affaire ;-) |

je viens d etre payee pour le 29 (sur e-gold je parle).
Toujours pas regularisee du 27.
A priori il y en a pas mal qui n ont pas encore recu leur paiement depuis quelques jours.. la prudence s'impose... |

et puis mois aussi j'ai été victime d'un bug informatique puisque j'ai reçu 1200$ d'interet en une journé au lieu d'environ 35$ !! Y a vraiment un probleme !!!
J'espere que c'est e-gold qui interdit les trasaction !! et rien de plus graveee ! |
