Daily program is included in short term programs. If you choose to invest in this program the daily profit is 1.77%, not compounded.Also, there is no warranty certificate because the deposited amount can be withdrawn anytime. The withdrawal can be done anytime, with a 3.8% fee.The initial deposit is guaranteed, but not the profit.
One Month program
This program is included in long term programs category. We offer a daily profit consisting of 2.35% everyday for 30 days. You may not withdraw the money until the program ends. Being a long term investment the investor will receive a warranty certificate for initial deposit. We do not emit warranty certificates for the profit. also,the profit is not compounded. When program ends, the initial deposit and the profit is available in the balance and it can be withdrawn anytime.

OLTFIS is a private investment fund which came into being according to existing laws.
If you wish to become one of our investor you must agree with the following terms and conditions before register.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Certain of the Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain data. In consideration of use of such Products and Services, in registering and providing such data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as required by various OLTFIS registration forms ("Registration Data") and (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or OLTFIS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, OLTFIS has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our programs.
All OLTFIS registrations become the exclusive property of OLTFIS, its affiliates and subsidiaries. OLTFIS reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information subject to the OLTFIS Privacy Policy.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS
In cases where you have authorized a minor to use the Products and Services, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (i) the online conduct of such minor; (ii) controlling the minor's access to and use of our programs; and (iii) the consequences of any misuse by the minor. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOME AREAS OF THE OLTFIS MAY CONTAIN MATERIAL THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR MINORS.
PARENTAL CONTROLS AND CHILD SAFETY
Certain material available on the Internet is not appropriate for minors. To prevent or limit your children's access to such materials, a number of parental control protections ( such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available.
MEMBER AND USER CONDUCT
Upon registering, you will receive a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and other informations , and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password. You agree to (a) immediately notify OLTFIS of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. OLTFIS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
You acknowledge and agree that all information , are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. Under no circumstances will OLTFIS be liable in any way for any user or third party Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any such Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via our programs. As a general matter, OLTFIS does not pre-screen user or third party Content posted on OLTFIS, except for certain areas where OLTFIS employs certain automated screening software, although OLTFIS reserves the right to do so. OLTFIS does not guarantee that any screening will be done to your satisfaction or that any 0screening will be done at all. OLTFIS reserves the right to monitor some, all, or no areas of the programs for adherence to these Terms and Conditions or any other rules or guidelines posted by OLTFIS.
You agree that you will not use OLTFIS to:
Transmit, or post links to any Content, or select any member or user name or email address, that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
Transmit, or post links to any Content that promotes illegal activity, including without limitation the provision of instructions for illegal activity.
"Stalk" or otherwise harass another.
Collect or store personally identifying information about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes.
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a OLTFIS official, employee, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Employ misleading email addresses or falsify information in the header, footer, return path, or any part of any communication, including emails, transmitted.
Transmit, or post links to any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or regulation or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
Transmit, or post links to any Content that facilitates hacking.
Transmit, or post links to any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, service mark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party, or contributing to inducing or facilitating such infringement. This prohibition shall include, without limitation, any form of software piracy.
- You must be 18 or older in order to become one of our member
- OLTFIS does not send unsolicited emails to its members,we do not ask to our members username,password or any other personal informations.Theefore,we oblige ourselves to keep private our member's registration data.
_ OLTFIS obeys to all articles contained in the laws presented in it's constitution papers
_ OLTFIS will always keep private all transactions done by it's registered members
- You agree that this is a private fund in which are guaranteed only the initial deposited amounts,but no the profits, because the financial operations are fluctuating daily.Therefore we have a special fond in case something goes wrong, this being used only to guarantee the initial deposits in our programs.
- The amounts of money invested in long term programs like monthly,3 months and 6 months programs cannot be withdrawed before the program ends because we are using your deposit to reinvest,and we calculate the amount of money and establish the investment term regarding the deposit period.
- You agree not to disclose your personal data to another party,that includes the username and password.If you do it, you do it on your own risk, we are not responsable for your further actions.
- We do not allow our services to be abused in any manner.We do not allow sending unsolicited emails having as purpose to
bring more referrals, we do not allow hacking or other fraud attempts. If one of our users abused our services, we have the right to suspend his account and notify the legal authorities to proceed with further investigations.
- OLTFIS reserve the right of modifying the users percents,but that not include the percent of users who already deposited. Anyway we will anounce our users with 30 days before any changes.
- If you wish to advertise for us, or any other kind of cooperation, please contact us before further actions. |
