| Terms and conditions | Access to this website is subject to the terms of use specified below. The terms rule the agreement between you and Ultimate Gold Clubs (UGC) regarding your use of our website and activities and transactions conducted via our website.
UGC accepts deposits via E-Gold , Netpay , and EvoCash .
The E-Currency you use to deposit funds into your UGC account will be used for your account. This means that if you deposit funds in E-Gold, you will only be able to withdraw funds in E-Gold.
No transfer from one E-Currency to another are possible.
UGC IS NOT an E-Currency Exchanger!
Participation to UGC is open to all E-Currency account holders above 18 years of age (21 in some countries, please check your local country's regulations regarding age limit).
Referral Commission
Another way for you to profit from investing into UGC, is to recommend us to your friends and fellow investors. Upon registration, you will be provided with your Member URL in order to direct your prospect referrals to our website and get IMMEDIATE AUTOMATIC credit of 4% of any funds deposited by them.
Also, any new member that joins through your referral would give you a 2% second-level referral commission
Holding period
Please note that, if you choose to spend into the Daily Plan, your funds are subject to a 20-days holding period.
This means that you will be able to request a withdrawal ONLY after 20 days of your initial deposit. During these 20 days, your account will grow at a pace of 1.5% daily.
There is NO holding period if funds are deposited into the Monthly Plan, but in this case, you would of course have to wait for the interest to be accrued, 30 days after your initial deposit, meaning a de-facto holding period of 30 days
SPAM Policy
SPAM is STRICTLY not tolerated, and any violation will result in immediate termination of your account, while any funds sitting into the offender's UGC account will be immediately frozen, no questions asked. |
