| Terms and conditions | The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS and USER AGREEMENT, for convenience referred to as "TERMS AND CONDITIONS", set out the conditions under which T. A. Trade will provide its services to You. You must read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS prior to registering with us. By signing up with T.A. Trade You state that You have carefully read, understood, fully accept and will under any circumstances abide by these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- We accept deposits via E-Gold,EvoCash and INTGold.
- Minimum deposit limit is $10 and there is no maximum.
- Additional deposits can be made.
- Daily interest is 0.7% and weekly interest varies between 10.4% and 14%, paid every Saturday.
- Profit payments are made into Your E-Gold,EvoCash or INTGold accounts.
- Compounding feature can be applied or cancelled at any time.
- Weekly withdrawal limit is $500. In case you wish to withdraw more than $500, you have to request withdrawal till Thursday 12 p.m. (GMT)
- Additional withdrawal of funds (exceeding the $500.00 weekly limit) can not be requested between Thursday 12 p.m. and weekly profit payment which is made on Saturday.
- Referral commission constitutes 7% and is paid directly into Your E-Gold,EvoCash or INTGOLD accounts.
USER AGREEMENT
- You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age or more depending on the official legal age in any particular jurisdiction.
- You acknowledge that You are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity or authority.
- By registering with T. A. Trade You guarantee that You will not use this site in any illegal way and that you undertake to respect all applicable local, national or, where applicable, international laws.
- You agree that T. A. Trade reserves the right to modify these TERMS AND CONDITIONS at any time and to notify You by posting an updated version of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS on the website.
- Under no circumstances should You consider anything found on this website an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to invest in any investment opportunity.
- You understand that T. A. Trade is not registered with the SEC or NASD as financial advisor or dealer in securities per The Investment Advisers Act of 1940. You agree that You have not relied on any of these acts or on any other related laws from any other jurisdiction.

- You understand and agree that all information you receive from T. A. Trade is solicited, private communication of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information intended for You only. You agree not to post any part of this website in a public forum or to forward it via e-mail.
- You accept the fact that we strictly forbid unsolicited commercial email ("Spam") in any of its forms as the means of promotion of T. A. Trade and,therefore, any member caught spamming will have his/her membership cancelled.
- You agree not to reveal Your password to anyone. Anyone knowing your password has unrestricted access to Your account and is able to initiate any transactions on Your behalf.
- You agree that T.A. Trade reserves the right to suspend and/or close, at its sole discretion, any member's account in case of any attempts of fraud.
- User agrees that T. A. Trade reserves the right to close any member's account at any time for the violation of any part of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. |

Voiçi le mail que j'ai reçu de l'admin:
This is an official newsletter released by T.A. Trade Administrative
Board.
Just now, after we have sent out email notifications and were starting
to process the Saturday weekly profit payments and withdrawals, our
e-gold and EvoCash accounts have been broken into and all the funds
stolen. We have managed to process appr. 90% of weekly profit payments and
withdrawals via EvoCash.
For security reasons we do not keep large amounts in our e-currency
accounts, the few funds we have in our backup e-gold and EvoCash accounts
will only cover today's daily interest payment.
We have already placed a request for an additional transfer of funds
from our bank account into our e-gold and EvoCash so that we could
complete the weekly interest payments and withdrawals as soon as possible.
The process will take a couple of days, all missing payments and
withdrawals will be completed till next Wednesday latest.
This is the first time something like this has happened to us. We can
assure you that we had all possible security features enabled, all
security software updated on time.
Please bear with us until we solve this problem.

| Il aura quand même duré pratiquement 5 mois, c'est quand même pas mal! A savoir qu'après trois moi ça devient plus que risqué, si certains ont rejoint ce programme au début, ils sont largement bénéficaires... |

| Ce que je comprend pas c'est quel intérêt ont les scams de raconter des histoires bidons comme par exemple içi de s'être fait hacker leur compte??? Ils savent qu'ils sont intouchables alors autant qu'ils se barrent comme des batards de voleurs sans rien dire ... |
