| Terms and conditions | Veztec Financial (hereinafter called Veztec.com) accepts e-Currency deposits from online providers as listed in the private, members-only area of the Veztec.com website. All deposits are considered private loans made by members of Veztec.com. All Interest payments are added to member's Veztec account balance or added to loan principal if compounding is in effect. Withdrawals are made to the lender's designated e-Currency account.
Any private loan cancelled before its full term has expired will incur a penalty/fee for abrogation of the Loan Agreement. The fee will be applied automatically and without exception. The penalty will be computed according to the policy and fee schedule published on the Early Termination of Loans (earlyterm.html) page of this website. The Early Termination of Loans page together with its fee schedule and statement of policy regarding early termination is hereby included in these Terms and Conditions.
Primary access to a member's account is secured by a member-defined password, which can be as short as eight characters or as long and complex as a member wants to make it (up to several thousand characters). A Backdoor facility is also provided which consists of one to four questions a member selects from a list of thrity six pre-defined questions. The number of questions as well as the length and complexity of the answers are at the discretion of each member. Therefore, it is a member's sole responsibility to supply a password and Backdoor definition that is sufficiently strong to prevent unauthorized account access. Member passwords and answers to Backdoor questions are not known to Veztec.com nor are they recoverable by Veztec.com. It is, therefore, a member's sole responsibility to safeguard these credentials. Veztec.com will not be responsible for any monetary loss to members as a result of unauthorized account access nor as a result of lost access credentials.
Membership in Veztec.com is free. There is no cost to become a member of Veztec.com and there is no fee required to remain a member. An individual or a legal entity may open/create one and only one Veztec.com membership, which consists of a single member/lender online account.
As a condition of membership to Veztec.com, members acknowledge and agree that they have not entered into this agreement in reliance upon any warranty or representation made by Veztec.com and that this agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties governing the provisions of membership.
Veztec.com is not a licensed bank or security. All information received by viewing Veztec.com is unsolicited. The information and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offerings or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.

All loans made to Veztec.com are held until maturity. Once a loan has been made to Veztec.com, the principal is reserved for the use of Veztec.com. Veztec.com will use these funds for its own purpose until the date of maturity, as determined by Veztec.com, is reached.
Bonuses and Incentives offered by Veztec.com do not obligate a member to participate further nor does it require a member to loan any amount to Veztec.com.
