| Terms and conditions | 1. The HoG is open for business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except for any necessary downtime for site maintenance
2. Members must be over 18 years of age to participate in the HoG.
3. Minimum deposit to the HoG is $1.00.
4. There is no maximum deposit set, although we reserve the right to decline a deposit deemed to be excessive in amount, on a case by case basis.
5. Minimum withdrawal from the HoG is $1.00.
6. The level of maximum and minimum deposits may be changed at any time without prior notice.
7. Once a deposit is made, it becomes the property of the HoG and is converted to a value token for use on the HoG site only.
8. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
9. The HoG is open ONLY to individuals of legal age. Members are not allowed to register in the HoG with a company name under any circumstances whatsoever. Any player who attempts to do so will receive a notice and be asked to provide a private individual name. If they refuse to rename the member account it will be closed and all deposits/purchases will be forfeited without refund.
10. Players are not allowed to make a deposit to the HoG (by whatever payment method) and then to make an immediate withdrawal without using their funds to purchase and use upgrade units. Furthermore, members may withdraw their funds, only by the same payment method through which they originally deposited to the HoG.
11. Every time a member clicks for gold, a timestamp is displayed on the screen. Any discrepancy with the real world time that could imply a malfunction or non-registration of the click, must be reported to the HoG Master immediately. No complaints will be accepted if received after the daily earnings have been posted. No daily earnings will be credited to any member who loses a click for any reason and does not submit a complaint ticket before that day's earnings are posted. |

I am not sure where you get that Hits of Gold is Dead.....it is very much alive and i have just been paid again into my egold account....
I think you need to look into this to see why you have it dead. |
