The agreement written below gives rules and terms of Private-Fund.com services. You should read it obligatory before opening of your account in Private-Fund.com. If you register in Private-Fund.com you agree with the written in Terms of Services and accept them.
General
Private-Fund.com will deliver its services only to those customers who are of legal age in particular jurisdictions they are citizens of or reside in. All members must be at least 18 years old or of any other legal age in other jurisdictions. Your participation in this project is treated as a var business transaction between you and Private-Fund.com and you understand and accept the fact that all the information you receive or find on Private-Fund.com website is of var nature and not available to the general and is, therefore, exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933 and all amendments or any equivalent laws of any jurisdictions.
Deposit
Currently deposits are accepted via e-gold only. Minimum deposit is $10 and there is no maximum deposit.
Interest
Interest on all deposited funds is added every day by our system automatically into your Private-Fund.com account. We offer a varying daily interest rate ranging from 1.5% to 3%. You can also compound your interest payments, partially or wholly. Compounding can be set and cancelled any time. You can track your interest payment history from the account area.
Withdrawal Deposit
We charge penalty for an early withdrawal of principal. If you withdraw principal earlier than 6 months since the date of initial deposit, we charge a 25% withdrawal fee.
Referral commission
Referral commission is 5% of the amount deposited by the person whom you have referred. Referral commission is added into your Private-Fund.com account instantly.
Anti-Spam Policy
You understand and agree that spamming is not tolerated at Private-Fund.com. Any member of Private-Fund.com caught spamming will have his membership cancelled without refunds.

Agreement Modifications
